Grandmother Croaks While Watching Small Child
This older lady was watching her daughters little girl when she suddenly fell over and died. The mother of the child had just run to the store to pick up a few things and upon returning found the child wandering around and the grandmother deceased.

I'm thinking OD, what with all of those med blister packs etc, scattered around. Or bad grand-parenting leaving a load of meds lying around with a toddler running around.  |
