16 year old girl riding a motorbike was hit by a VW microbus. The collision and ensuing spill resulted in her sustaining a major throat injury and bleeding out all over the sidewalk. She didn't have a helmet either, but the neck was the primary damage here.

Only one photo, unfortunately, and no pointers. But it does meet many of the DR criteria for quality accident pics: huge blood pool, tons of flip-flops, and peed pants (always a contest to see if I can spot and point out the pee-pants before Kelly does!).

Uhh...did you read my post along with the pic? I explained that, according to the news article, the blood is coming from a serious wound in her throat. Not sure I can clarify it any further for you. :/
