The baby is still missing, maybe she was killed to keep the baby, recently pregnant women were killed to get the baby out of the womb. Maybe now they prefer newborn babies.

Update on this case: The baby has been recovered alive and unharmed. The man who had her is in jail and being questioned, though it is not yet determined if he killed the mother or came into possession of the baby after the fact. In less positive news, the coroner has determined that she was still alive and struggling when she went into the barrel, and suffocated to death while trapped inside it and unable to move or free herself.  |
