Dead but for a few feet of a thin steel rod. It's practically murder - It would have been so easy to mend that railing. Damn people - be responsible, be resourceful - DO SOMETHING.

I don't know off-hand if civil suits for negligence are allowed in Malaysia.....certainly seems like a cut-and-dried case to me! ![]() May God bless and keep his new little angel. |

Big probability that maybe another kid pushed her by accident but, after I observed the pictures more careful.. Seems like she was playing in that area and very unlucky for her, she tripped with that rised concrete small step on the floor that runs parallel with the fence. |
