sadly it's for real. I wish they'd make a mask with that much detail though. Like they should make one that's SUPPOSED to look like a skinmask (and not like rotteny like leatherface, like a fresh one)  |

The skin mask was a 9 year old girl from India who leaned over some big industrial sewing machine or something. Anyways, her braid got caught in a spool and it ripped it off like that. Her father rode her on the back of a motorcycle for a 30 min ride to the hospital with her scalp in a bag And believe it or not, they reattached it.
