Fell Asleep With Cigarette OR Torched
This was a homeless man that either fell asleep with a cigarette, setting himself on fire, or someone deliberately torched him. He was found in the stairwell of an apartment house. When the firemen arrived to put out a fire he was found after one of the firemen moved some of the debris away.
