I think the word "fail" comes to mind. I mean, mayyyyybe if you hung there for a while you'd get like rope burn and it would dig up into your pits and you'd WISH you had died..... but nah. I don't think hanging around the chest is gonna be lethal. execution in Kuwait = fail. just saying. |

Seeing as they were dropped through trap doors, I'm guessing the ropes around their chests are to catch them in case their heads came off during the hanging. It's been known to happen when dropped from a considerable height. |
