Well, I'm almost certain that any smart person would at least take the ivory tusks off of the deceased elephant...Sounds like a beat around the bush approach to poaching.

Exactly I would think nature reserves are where animals are at to be PROTECTED from the activities of man.. I mean sure poachers and all that may sneak through sometimes, but you'd think someone would notice a railroad getting built/used through it
