Drug User Named Macaw Shot Dead
Young drug user killed last night when a black car pulled up and shot at him. He resisted until he got to the hospital, where he then did not resist his death.     |

Not a bad looking kid, shame he died so young. I wonder why they reported him as "drug user" was he shot in connection with a drug buy or do they just throw that label on people as a cautionary tale? I've known a few "drug users" it can be a devil on their back for sure but there is a person in there somewhere and I don't refer to them as "drug user". Shell casing I would say is a .40 S&W judging by proportions, lack of taper and angles of extractor groove. Newer production gun 1990> and likely a semi-auto handgun as there aren't many .40 rifles or subguns floating around. |

My guess was it was somethimg to do with the killing. Debt? Or maybe he became the devil when he took whatever he took and that came back to haunt him...
