Are we sure that's not actually a pedestrian? The windshield is shattered inward, and how would the guy's legs end up on the street, but his body in front of the passenger seat? Lol Sorry, I get really into trying to figure out the physics of these things.

Yeah, sorry, not trying to nitpick you lol I get all geeked out trying to "solve the mystery" to lots of these things, imagining the exact circumstances leading up to the event, as well as the event itself. I want to say I've seen this pic before, but then again, how many of us haven't seen a bajillion people ripped in half? hehe Still a great find, regardless of my hang-ups.
