i think the people who say that she should go to the police need t think a little of the situations that some people find themselves in. until uv walked in their shoes u cannot possibly understand.

She was probably too scared to go to the police. She may have had small children she was concerned about. If she went to the police who knows what he would have done. He probably would have killed her, and possibly the children as well. There's more to just going ,and having your husband arrested for spousal abuse ...much more. :(
