Crazy... I often wonder what order things were done in. Her legs are tied tight so she cannot walk there with large rocks everywhere. So he would have to carry her there or have her walk there and then tie her up. My guess is the second because there is no bruising around the bindings on her legs. If she walked there, then he would have had to have gotten her pants off before tying her up, unless he cut the pants off. Extra work. Probably, he could get her to take them off, but then she would definitely know what was coming next. He could have killed her earlier and then gone to dump the body. A lot of work if the site is far from the road. She does not look like a "light" girl, and again, there are a lot of rocks and brush to walk around. Still, that might explain the panties being half down; he might have wanted a reward for his efforts, as alluded to by the report. If this is true, then he would definitely want a spot far enough away that he could do such a thing without being bothered or seen. On another note: the image seems to be heavily manipulated. Maybe due to extreme upscaling? Generative AI was used (poorly) in the bottom right... I assume to remove a watermark. Not saying it's not real.. It probably is... just some strange artifacts. Interesting photo, all the same.... Do you know if this is the only image of the scene?  · |

The city of Piura awoke in shock on the night of Saturday, August 30, after a foreign woman was found dead inside the notorious La Colmena brothel, located on the Pan-American Highway near the Las Monjas Bridge in Peru. The 32-year-old victim worked as a sex worker at the establishment and leaves behind an orphaned minor daughter. According to official information, her body was found in room 13 of the establishment, in a gruesome scene: the woman was naked, with her head submerged in a bucket of water, positioned on her knees in the bathroom. The first to notice something strange was the taxi driver who regularly took her home. When he didn't get a response from his passenger, he consulted with the security guard. They decided to enter the room and were alerted by the woman's absence and the presence of her belongings on the nightstand. It was then that they found her lifeless body. The National Police and the Prosecutor's Office quickly arrived on the scene to begin the investigation. The Criminalistics Office detected reddish stains similar to blood, while the medical examiner reported the presence of bruises on the neck and a hematoma on the palm of the right hand. Although these signs point to a possible violent death, the autopsy will be crucial in clarifying the exact cause of death and the possible involvement of a second person. At the same time, the victim's 10-year-old daughter was placed in an apartment where the woman lived and placed in the custody of the Piura Special Protection Unit to ensure her safety and psychological support. This case has once again highlighted the need to strengthen policies and protection mechanisms for women sex workers, especially those in vulnerable situations in the region. Authorities continue working to clarify this unfortunate incident and bring justice to KHR's family. |

In Puente de Ixtla, Morelos, Mexico, the dead bodies of a man and woman were found. The man's hands were tied up, while the woman's body presented multiple wounds from a bladed weapon. A 'narcomensaje' attributed the deaths to 'Kaly Command', who follow orders from the 'Nueva Familia Michoacana' organization.  · |
