On the afternoon of 20th May 2021 in Japurá (Brazil), 70 year old T.A.d.A. was murdered by river pirates. 'T's body was found inside the hold of her sunken boat, in which she sold food + other items. As well as being tortured + having 2 of her fingers chopped off, she had been stabbed in her heart + back. The elderly lady was popular amongst locals, with one describing her as "cheerful, fun, brave, she was everything". On the morning of 7th April 2021 in (Bolivia), 72 year old F.C. passed away. 'F' had received her first dose of the Covid vaccine but within an hour, she began to bleed from her nose + mouth. Her family rushed her to the hospital but the staff refused to allow entry. 'F' died laying in the car, at the doors of the hospital.

On the afternoon of 29th October 2018 in Actopan (Mexico), 23 year old 'L' committed suicide. 'L', who was pregnant, jumped from a height of 8 metres from a building. She died from head injuries.

At midday on 18th November 2020 in Puebla (Mexico), 29 year old C.C.G.M. was found dead. 'C' was found wearing her work uniform, but naked from the waist down. Her family were at the scene as they had been in search of 'C' since she had failed to return home from work the previous night.

On the afternoon of 4th May 2020 in Paraíba (Brazil), 2 teenage girls were murdered. 18 year old A.V.R. + 19 year old M.R.F.d.O. were having a drink at a friend's home when they were shot dead. Both were known to the police for drug trafficking.
