Daniela Patino Hinestroza, 22, Found Dead in Playa del Carmen, Sept. 17, 2019
Daniela Patino Hinestroza, a 22-year-old Colombian communications student from Bello, Antioquia, was found dead on September 17, 2019, in a vacant lot in the El Campestre development of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Neighbors found her body wrapped in sheets. She had last been seen about 11 p.m. on September 10 at a shop on Avenida Constituyentes and was reported missing that day. Patino had left Colombia on August 16. Her family said she told them that an acquaintance had deceived her with a job offer in Spain and that she had fallen into a trafficking network before escaping. Before her disappearance, she sent messages saying she would be killed and included an address and a demand for money. On October 2, Quintana Roo authorities detained a man identified only as Jonathan "N," alias "El Pantera." The state prosecutor described him as a local plaza chief and publicly accused him of feminicidio in Patino's death.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Sad. Probably a mommy sending money home to kids ... The women in Chinese massage parlors are far more safe. They have a fixed address, and other staff nearby. Not exposed to outcall ... and incall has other ladies near. |
