We actually see that alot here in Washington!! Logging is A very dangerous game if your not on top of it!! I have had 3 friend's either squished by A grater, hit by A log, or ran over period!!

I agree, though in my trucking days I used to see a lot of loads falling off the trucks, once the restrainers were released, simply because the load had moved in transit.

Although I'd say in defense of the poor ole geezer and also knowing the slack OHS regs in Brazil, the one that rolled and killed was prolly precariously placed on top, it has, after all, fallen quite a distance from the truck.
