College Professor Dies After Being Hit and Dragged by a Train.
On Monday (2nd) a 52 year old professor tried to cross a railway when she was hit by a train. She was dragged 40 meters. The train was going 30 miles per hour and tried to stop in time but to no avail.

I can't work out what happened to her clothes. I can understand her yellow dress being ripped away but what on earth happened to her knickers? |

What happens in some cases is that the body is dragged under and the clothes are torn/ripped off by the train. I had experience of this myself, in 2003 we hit a guy just outside a station called Fazakerly. When I got down to look he had been decapitated and was totally naked but his clothes were strewn all over the track, including his shoes. The only thing he had on was his socks.

All that knowledge is now gone. I have no explanation how someone can get hit by a train. It's not like they are invisible
