Seen this before, and although it could look as if the parent is dead - it's just a normal photo in the park

I've got to say, I don't see any signs of physical trauma.

Death has many other causes that don't produce any trauma - heart attack, stroke, aneurysm, etc. The face does look very pale.

I agree... the fixed gaze also gives it away...... the person is DEAD!!!
Also.... the little boy is obviously crying, and the little girl has soiled herself. The person looks to have been dead for several or more hours. IMO....somebody came upon this scene,and took a picture of it for reasons unknown.
