well, with a few exceptions....some of those freaks in the Water Cooler section.
LOL yeah probably. Well i wouldn´t want it haha and I dnt think I know somebody who would like that eww... But yeah it´s a good way to handle stuff like that. In germany he would have been send to court they would say he had a tough childhood and he´d get 14 months on probation... arg german law often sucks when it comes to crimes like that.

LOL yeah many german prisons are really like that. They have so many rights in there. The Cells are like private rooms nothing like prison bars and stuff - doors and privacy in a room where they can have a TV and a Play Station and stuff like that if they can afford or have someone who gives them all this sutff. It´s crazy that they can live a pretty much good live in there that has nothing to do with punishment in my eyes... insane... They should look inside a turkish prison once haha i guess most german prisoners would cry if they had to live like that :)...
