The birth rate in Brazil is about the same as the US (13 per 1000 people in Brazil vs 12 per 1000 in US) but theirs has been declining steadily for 25 years while the rate in the US is rising. Brazil also has around 160,000,000 fewer people than the US. Your worry about rat like population growth is focused on the wrong country

actually i don't mind that tat, it's a lesser known toon character from the 90s Duck Tales. He coulda chosen some currently trending toon, but went retro. Even though i want him raped in prison, i'm objective enough to praise him for the Scrooge tat
