The story is as it follows: This here guy (K.M.S. 18 years old) was arrested because he got involved in a shooting. He was also shot, so the police took him to the hospital and was placed under surveillance until he could recover and face charges.

A few days later a guy with a serious desire for revenge enters the hospital with a conceiled automatic gun looking for K.M.S. And he found him, handcuffed to the bed and totally defenseless.

I guess K.M.S. is not going to stand trial now, nor ever...

A man identified as K.M.S, 18, was killed inside the Ouro ***** Municipal Hospital in Candeias on the night of last Thursday (29). According to Police reports, K.M.S. was suspected of having participated in the robbery of a toll plaza on Wednesday night, which ended in a death and a Police shot in the head.

According to an interview with the newspaper MAIL, K.M.S's mother said four hooded men broke into his room and fired the shots. “I couldn't help my son, I couldn't. I even tried, but a girl held me so I wouldn't die either, ”he said.

Delegate Maria das Gracias Barreiros, acting incumbent of the 20th Police Station, said "They wore boots and bulletproof vests, but I can't give further details of the investigation".

At dawn on Thursday, 29, gunmen stormed the Ouro ***** Hospital in Candeias, Salvador Metropolitan Region and executed the 18-year-old Kelvisson Martins de Sousa, who was waiting for a regulation seat to be transferred from the unit.

Kelvisson was one of the suspects of shooting the first-time military police officer Cristiano last night at the toll booth on BA-524 on the Traffic Channel.

According to the first information released by the police, the strangers entered the health unit and ordered everyone present to turn their backs and make several shots. Kelvisson had been admitted to the hospital with gunshot wounds.

According to the police, at the time the patient was killed, he was alone because the garrison that was responsible for his custody left the scene to support a fire exchange in the passage of the Teixeiras district.

The military police officer, identified by his first name Cristiano, was shot in the head during a robbery at the BA-524 toll plaza known as the Traffic Channel in Camaçari on Wednesday night.

Police report that the robbers fled after the crime. Three criminals reportedly participated in the action, which took place around 8 pm.
