in South Africa too 90% of the police are corrupt and can be bribed easily, and will try to make you fear them so you offer bribe.....it's getting ridiculous and i have no respect at all for corrupt cops, less than career criminals..... but good cops who are cops to help one can't help but have respect for them. |
