There's a burlap sack (or something) that I swear looks like a large stone, so maybe that's where the title came from. I think it's actually an ax murder, though.

When the stone "fell" from the ehh... sky, no, no, from the ceiling, it hit the "boy's" head, knocking him down, and when it "fell" to the floor it broke into pieces. Don't you see the stone pieces around his boot in the first pic?? |

okay...4th picture down, I know headwounds have alot of blood and all...but doesn't that look like alot of extra bits of body compared to the wound picture? like brainmatter or guts or something? Maybe I don't look at enough of these...but a rock would be a crushing injury and not a slice...correct? That looks like something ripped a hole in his face/head... |
