Body Shows Signs of High Voltage Electrocution
If you get in the way of high voltage electricity, it could fry your heart and your skin in an instant. That’s what I’m guessing happened to this dude. He got toasted pretty badly and the cringe on his face suggests that for that fraction of a second when it happened, he experienced intense pain.

Re: Body Shows Signs of High Voltage Electrocution
I spent 15 years working as a TV technician. Back then, I often worked with the HV anode of the pic tube, which could generate up to 35KV. And, yes, I've had that thing to hit me many times, but it did nothing other than cause the affected muscles to contract violently and leave a "silvery" taste to your mouth. Yet, the 200-volt power supply would not only seize your muscles, but would burn the flesh. That's because the 35KV anode generated less than 30uA of current, wheras the 200-volt supply could generate more than 10 amps of electric current. Rule: It's not so much voltage as it is the current that kills. |

Re: Body Shows Signs of High Voltage Electrocution
Is it just me or does the burn outline on his abdomen look like a penis and scrotum? I wonder what was going on with that...maybe he had his "tools" and one was tucked in the front....cause his penis looks uncharred to me~
