Seen this in my forensic pathology txt book! The guy was a shoplifter being chased, and he ran into a freeway or something and got completely obliterated. The pictures were before and after they rearranged the body parts that they managed to collect. The lesson of the pictures were that as a forensic pathologist or someone working at the crime scene it is preferrable to arrange the body parts in anatomical positions for easier photographing and inventory.
