Looked like he was enjoying himself. Alcohol, coca cola, homemade bong, rolling papers. Dude was smoking some weed, maybe crack as well? I doubt he was smoking meth with a pipe bowl like that. |

I didn't see the tiny zip lock bags from the first photo posted. But I did see a cigarette filter torn from a smoke. The cotton filter is sometimes used when shooting heroin.
