It just seems odd that there are no apparent bite marks and dog would've chewed and pulled and ripped the skin. It would be hard for a dog to take a mans head off like that. Eating the face, yep definitely seen that before. But whoever it was that did this I hope they have a visit from karma, fate, whatever you believe in.

idk man kinda looks like the doggo did it. there are other examples of dog attacks on this site where the victims head looks like that and the shoulders dont look like the head was just cut off. Like somebody said above it looks like an animal stuffed its face in there. Plus there are plenty of dog treats that are just bones with some flavor on them. a skull is the same thing. And if it was skinheads wouldn't they try to claim it somehow? Nobody thinks about skinheads without some sort of prompt so committing a heinous murder and not claiming it seems kinda unlikely.
