Re: Barbaric Act....The Victims of Ambush-massacre in La Castellana, ****** Occidental on
But NPA have a break-away group called RHB ( Rebolusyunaryong Hukbong Bayan or in english "Revolutionary Country Army ) this break-away are those who do not obey the NPA rules of never killing any one without actual proof of crimes or never molest the innocent civilians. this RHB break-away group is now being known as political mercenaries. For a price, they will kill on order by politician and rich people, no questions asked. NPA kills those confirmed RHB members on sight.

well... i used to live there and i know some relatives who asked for help from the NPA when one of our distant cousins was raped and killed by a governor's son. No law can touch him but a single bullet did. He's suffering more to date because the bullet broke his spine and he is crippled for life.

Re: Barbaric Act....The Victims of Ambush-massacre in La Castellana, ****** Occidental on
we don't know that either. they may also be legitimate victims. just pointing out to you guys that when it comes to the Philippines, not all murdered persons are the in the right nor all the convicted person are the wrong. most of the times, the killed deserves it while the convicted criminals are really innocent and that the court just can't find any other more likely sacrificial lamb than the one they already have. Foreigners in my area americans specially can walk around unescorted, half naked if they want to and nobody bothers them. they have high regards for foreigners of any country, even chinese and koreans. But i still would not advise anyone to walk on dark secluded areas. you might not be killed but there's a strong certainty that you will be mugged and robbed. every country have those in dark corners somewhere.
