That's a good point. As much as I hate the legal system, there is a reason it's in place. Otherwise, it would be a free for all with everyone killing anyone they thought did something wrong.

Worship Trump? LOL. I can't speak for everyone on DR, but I could give a lesser shit about that slimy snake-oil dealer, and to hell with Roy Moore (seriously though). I don't think most DRers condone and whitewash sexual assault. Lies and fabrications have been documented repeatedly in the past, and some sexual-assault stories DO wind up being "duds". So some DRers are too cynical, but I highly doubt "misogyny" is a factor. I think it has to do with overexposure to some stories that end up being sheer fabrications. Kinda like all the hate crimes that supposedly spiked up right after the 2016 election. There was a significant increase in ACTUAL hate crimes, but there was also an undeniable increase in alleged racially-motivated acts that were later detracted. I don't think general society is nearly as blatantly misogynistic and racist as some fear it is. There's still work that needs to be done, of course. I'd wager to think homophobia is more prevalent today than any other form of discrimination/prejudice. But I could be wrong. |

Physical rape is psychological murder. I have zero sympathy for rapists, especially if it involves children. I just saw a video earlier today of a father stabbing a man to death that raped, and then killed, his daughter. Fucker deserved ever single last painful second of it.
