You can't compare the people of Japan with Americans and that's not a shot or shade on America. It's just that we are very different, in a bad way, then Japan. Just look at what America did to unarmed non-military citizens and now look at some of the comments in here. We're a savage nation and the looting charges were trumped up on Katrina. What I found most important about Katrina was the scary fact that US citizens were disarmed by military and private mercenaries even though our 2nd amendment is here unconditionally. Did I mention there was also a hidden, one sided race war? "Looting & Rape" was ultra rare, just a diversion over the real atrocities. How many officers were charged with murder after Katrina? Go look.
