If you look closely you can see a hair-dryer in the bath. So looks like that is how he died...from electrocution whilst in the bath.

It appears that the hair dryer was plugged into a receptacle outside of the bathroom, which might explain why there was no GFCI (Ground Fault Cicuit Interrupter) protection.

I have no plugs in my bathroom, no need for them. I dry my hair in my bedroom. Don't think many of us brits have plugs in bathrooms.
