second picture ...never seen a surgeon operating without a scrub gown on to do an amputation so thats new to me

Are they using a cable saw in the one pic? If so first I've seen that.

ive only known it as a jiggly saw and its used by some surgeons during hip replacements , usually the older surgeons as power tools are now what the younger surgeons tend to use in the UK anyway

Hard to find good one's. Surgeon's tools usually have the best and most strict standards. Be nice to find one. They make great survival saws.
