I get what you mean + agree to some extent. It's just fairly rare to get photos of dead North Americans + Europeans, so putting it in the title would draw people in.

I myself do sometimes put the country in the title of my posts. A massive amount of death pictures on this site are from Brazil so when you see that a post is from another country it probably draws people to it. If that makes sense!
