Accident Victim...with Black Nipples?
This 38 year old woman with pregnancy in her third trimester was the back seat passenger in a car, which was involved in an accident. She suffered from multiple organ ruptures. The externally intact uterus was filled with bloody amniotic fluid, along with traumatic detachment and laceration of the placenta, and subarachnoid haemorrhage in the fetus.

Ah, learn to read. Nipples tend to darken with pregnancy. Some sort of "OMGFOODHERE" sign for the baby.... They don't stay that way. |

During pregnancy a woman's nipples turn a darker colour and return to normal after birth. It's natural!
