Re: 35Yo Russian Woman Mauled by a Bear
It’s tragic but what’s done is done. If my mom had the choice between living a hellish “life” with no legs and a mangled body and having to be spoonfed the rest of her life, she and I would welcome letting go. A good death is very under appreciated and everyone deserves one. I sincerely hope someone close to you doesn’t develop dementia and you keep that shell alive for years just because you cling to that body being the same person you came to know and love. When the time comes, will you be able to pull that plug? Or will you torture them (and yourself) for longer? |

Re: 35Yo Russian Woman Mauled by a Bear
You're jumbling up a bunch of medical conditions here. The woman that got attacked, if she had survived, would probably be in a wheelchair. Where are you getting the idea she would have to be spoon-fed? Her arms were perfectly fine. You just put the idea of being spoon-fed on your own. As for the person who appreciates a "good death", who gave you the right to make that choice for another person? Finally, the part about dementia. As you put it, "would you be able to pull that plug"... what are you possibly talking about? How does dementia have anything to do with "pulling the plug"? What plug? Do you even know what dementia is? Are you confusing it with someone who is in a coma on life support? Anyway, the condition about the woman with no legs and someone who is in a coma on life-support are totally different things. One is conscious and can still live a full life, the other is not. |

He will have to have that car detailed before he starts dating again, especially if he plans to be screwing in the back seat... Food for thought, how many in the USA can afford the time and cost of a vacation in a rented house in the woods? With our 50% federal, state and local taxes to support worthless government employees, a violent and destructive welfare underclass and our World Police industrial military complex, very few working Americans have the vacation time or money for a rented vacation house. |
