Happened just last night. Marital argument turned especially sour. No clear motive yet, though one news story said that the husband was a crackhead. Not sure why that necessitates killing the wifey, but who knows.

He bound her wrists and ankles with cords and then held her face down into a pillow until she asphyxiated. Neighbors said they heard her crying and whimpering in the night, but assumed it was one of the couple's usual fights. They reported it the next day when the wife was nowhere to be seen.

Not a pleasant way to go in any event. Certainly not the face of someone who went peacefully in her sleep.

Christ...any photo that shows up here where the chick weighs more than eight stone and someone is inevitably asking if she is pregnant.

A general rule of thumb is...if the photos have an accompanying story and the story does NOT mention pregnancy, then the chick was not pregnant, so don't even bother asking. News stories tend to mention if chicks were pregnant when they died. Sometimes a chick is just a little chubby. Sometimes the body has been sitting long enough for gas distension to be present in the belly.
