I agree with RogueTrader. Pic 3 is definitely fake. As far as I've understood (mostly from CSI... lol), rigor mortis doesn't set in immediately: Hence, she would have dropped the carpet knife upon death.
Pic 1 and 3 could be real though. Nice make up and positioning on them if it's fake.
