6. may 2012. The 20 yo woman was stabbed above her left breast by a 16 yo boy, while they were drinking in a bar. She survived in the first place, but was declared dead minutes after the arrival to the hospital.

This means that she is still alive in the first two images (in the ambulance), but dead in the third, lying on the slab. Unfortunately her breasts and eyes are censored in the last image.

They are a bit darker in her crotch, but as she is supposed to be still alive, I have just taken it as less wear or simply a shadow, not pee. But of course the shock could have made her pee, I just don't feel sure.

But when I have an expert on the line: Can you see, what they have done about her wound? Not much, as far as I can see. Did they underestimate the seriousness? Doesn't look like there was a terrible lot of external bleeding, so maybe she died from unrecognized internal bleeding?

Could be internal bleeding or they may have simply cleaned her upper torso up for transport. That isn't at all uncommon, especially if they dressed the wound for the ambulance ride. But if she died that quickly, either she bled out on the street and was almost dead before they picked her up...or she died from shock.

Speaking of which, yes it is almost as common for someone to pee their pants in a violent situation while still alive as it is post-mortem. Fear and pain can both cause a spontaneous bladder evacuation.
I have even more peed-pants photos in my collection of people who survived assaults, accidents, etc. I just don't post them here because they aren't really topical to the forum. But it is extremely common. In fact, if you check back through my threads from the past week or two there's one of a girl who was hit by a car and pissed herself. She's alive, with sopping pants, in about half the photos and dead at the scene in the other half. But they were definitely wet while she was alive.
