2 Young Brothers Decapitated Yesterday
Yesterday morning (16th September 2018) in Fortaleza, 2 brothers, 'M' + 'F', were kidnapped by a group of hooded men who were heavily armed The brothers were put into a car + taken to a rural area. The boys were then bound, tortured + decapitated. It's thought that the 2 boys were members of a criminal faction + involved in drug trafficking.    2 Photos from 'F's FaceBook profile:

No proof has been presented that they were in a gang. Just the police saying they probably were. Third world country police forces find it easier to attack the victims rather than solve their murders.
