I've always wondered what the significance of age 18 is. A lot of countries use it as some sort of adulthood cutoff point, but as far as I know, there's nothing biologically significant about 18. Boys start jerking off and girls start menstruating much earlier than 18. Anyone know how/why 18 became a standard?
