I doubt that'not being allowed to use the internet' was the real reason she shot herself.My niece gets her internet privileges revoked by her mum all the time when she misbehaves.She bitches and whines a little bit,then becomes philosophical and behaves to earn them back.The real story is the drop in schoolwork as symptomatic of a bigger problem.'Underperforming at school' could have all sorts of causes-bullying,sexual abuse,depression.We aren't privy to the whole story,I'm sure.
