Gunshots often do not immediately drop people in their tracks. It takes a few seconds for the damage/blood loss to register, especially if the person is rushing the shooter. It's why police are trained to keep shooting instead of firing one shot and waiting to see if it works. I've seen the longer version of this video. The cop got a nice head laceration but he wasn't seriously injured. That's where all the dripping blood is coming from. |
