Not by any stretch defending lethal force in this situation, clearly a taser or pepper spray should have been the first option. But! If you are acting irrational and you completely disregard an officers instructions EXPECT the officer to do something to make you uncomfortable until you comply. The use of his gun to stop the guy was AT LEAST 2nd or 3rd choice in this situation from what the video shows us. Who knows what happened before the tape started rolling.  |

Chris will never respond to you Ledzep. As for Mr. racist I don't think he will ever be removed from the site which is sad. There are other people who say racist stuff on this site, but no where far as bad as Oswald. He's just not a nice human being at all. I've read previous posts from him from years ago and he's been flamed by others as well. Beats me why he's still on this site I made a post a while back as to why i don't like cops too. I don't like cops just not to like them or say i don't like them, or to fit in. I have had NUMEROUS encounters with police being harassed and my rights violated, along with my family who took the police departments to court(and won). I look at it like this; if it takes cameras to stop police from breaking the law that's VERY sad. They should only hire level headed people to be police officers, it's not a regular job. 80% of police officers are all crooks, there's a good 20% that are great people. Also, like i said before. I will stick up for a cop when he's right, but i sure will point out when he's wrong. Oswald is just so full of hate in his heart that any person with color he will always defend the cops, even as far as wishing death upon people. He's just a terrible human being. I would pay good money to have his IP banned from this site. |

So much for the "RULES" then  I'm the opposite as i've never had problems with cops. Probably because here they're well educated and don't screw around with every TOM...DICK OR HARRY like they seem to there. I see so many problems with the intelligence of cops there. They are to wound up and stupid too. They can't seem to get to their guns fast enough! |
