i live in dallas and it was dark he was code 3 but his lights were off and they werent supposed to be but it was dark and the kid was in the street many witnesses said it wasnt dark and the cop could have easily avoided him you tell me if it was dark are not they say the cop should be punished the fuckers

yeah i agree guys, what the fuck was that kid doing out there on a busy road in the middle of the night...i mean wtf, honestly its horrible and i feel bad for the kids parents and family..but i feel just as bad for the cop man...

That kid came out of nowhere!!! It was too late to avoid him. The parents ought to have been arrested for child neglect. Why would a boy that age be out riding a bike at dark, down a very busy highway? I'd say the blame lies 50% parents and 50% cop.  |

alot of cops here in dallas/fort worth do this. they seem to only turn on their lights when they are tired of sitting at a red light... heh |
