I dont think he was on his way to an emergency though. Maybe thats why he didnt use his sirens. And why is the kid riding a bike over a high trafficed road.  |

Well WTF was the dumb ass kid doing in the middle of the street at night!? I can see why the sirens weren't on at least, would have scared away the criminal, he could have use the lights I guess. But from what I see it wasn't really his fault.

My first thought was why in the hell was the kid riding his bike in the road at night in the first place?  I dont understand why any parent would allow that and even if they didnt allow it, they sure didnt have close enough watch on the child. IDIOTS!

What we all have to remember is that it is the live of a 10yr old boy that we are talking about.Now I do feel sorry for the cop and he will never forgive himself but we have to think that what we would feel like if it was one of our kids.It could happen as all the members here should know.
