Re: Speeding Cop Hit and Kills 10 Year Old Kid on Bicycle
In all honesty, what in the world is that kid doing riding a bike at 7 in the night? I can't fully bestow all the blame on the cop; it's a rational accident.

Re: Speeding Cop Hit and Kills 10 Year Old Kid on Bicycle
First of all, driving in that kind of darkness at that speed, he definitely should have had lights on. No idea how he could be stupid enough to drive like that, in those conditions, with no emergency lights. Secondly, that has to be the worst reaction I've witnessed... I understand it's dark and he probably had a split second to react but he hardly made any attempt to swerve, and why would he swerve in the direction of oncoming traffic.. safer to swerve right. Rather go off road than hit an oncoming car. I hope he feels bad, although I wouldn't put it past him to not care at all... Since he is a cop and everything. (As you can tell I'm not fond of cops) |
