First of all, why was the kid crossing without using a crosswalk? And second, if the cop had his lights on he would have seen the damn kid....slow the fuck down next time.

Careless driving.  People don't seem to realize if they speed, or text, or talk on their phone, they could hurt someone or themselves. It only takes one second to not pay attention to something and change lives in a negative way.  |

Yes the cop was speeding, but why in the hell was that kid riding his bicycle on the street at that hour.
