....Well from the moment the child is visible to impact is about 2 seconds. And he is travelling at 70mph. Its dark, no street lights about and nearly 8pm. Why is a 10 year old out alone without any reflective clothing or a helmet on? And why is he wobbling across a busy road.. |

Kid's fault!!! The cop was driving in the fast lane and the kid crossed in to his lane illegally, and at night with poor visibility. Survival of the fittest.

Blame it on the parents! They were prob gettin high/drunk or laid! dont feel sorry for the cop though - I saw the kid on his bike soooooo?????.... why didnt he?????
