If the shooting is UNjustified, Why is it not murder?? Was the p.o. charged with anything? If the shoe was on the other foot, and the cop died. The shooter would be beat to shit or killed, charged with every count of whatever they could think of... What can WE the people do about this. Is it too late?

The three inch folding pocket knife was found closed by the other officers at the scene. I wonder how he managed to threaten get shot five times and then close his knife.
