Then why do we put them in prisons instead of executing ? There are times its easier like when they're younger but they change all the time depending on the methods

My monies on that kid getting older and going to prison (most likely for assault or murder).

So here's the real question, if you know someones going to hurt or kill an innocent later on what do you do about it
