Kiddie City Childcare Centers staff all need reevaluating immediately.
As far as the 9-year-old. Well the camera caught/witnessed pure evil at the beginning. He knew 100% what he was doing and showed his well executed physical violence plan in action. This is more than a learnt behaviour. He is enjoying it.

My opinion only
She didn’t do the right thing at the day care and there for cannot be trusted to do the right thing again. One strike and you’re out with anything to do with small children. I do not agree with her working back in a school environment. When the children cried out in the vid for 20 mins [Day Care], she did not go over to them, comfort them, see the problem, or show any motherly or trained day care worker involvement. Her attention was not focus on the children at all.

Sandra Trevillion and Jamie Williams were each fined in court, Friday.

Trevillion was found guilty on two counts on contributing to the neglect of the child. She's charged with a third count, but a judge held off on issuing a verdict in case more evidence comes forward. She was fined over $2,200 dollars.

Williams was found guilty of simple assault. He slapped a child, whom he thought bullied his children, but it was the wrong child. A judge fined him $157.

This all happened in July at the Kiddie City Childcare Center in Vicksburg. Surveillance video shows a 9 year old boy physically abusing Williams' toddler daughter and infant son. The video also shows Trevillion, the employee on duty, with her back turned during the entire incident. Video also captured Williams storming into the daycare, asking who hit his children. The children pointed out the wrong boy, and Williams slapped him. The boy's family says Williams has not apologized.

All of the children involved in this incident are no longer at the daycare. Trevillion says she quit after the video was made public.

After the incident, the State Department of Health launched an investigation. They found the center in violation of several state policies, including not doing proper background checks on Trevillion. The department also fined the center.
